Request a proposal

Desartly is Ali Komeili’s independent design practice and portfolio. This notice explains how information is handled on the public website, its language versions and the booking and proposal services. For privacy questions, contact Komeilipv@gmail.com. An enquiry may include your email or phone number, name, company and project context. Booking forms also request appointment details. Proposal requests may include your industry, preferred language and selected services. Please share only what is needed to discuss the work; do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents through a general enquiry form. I use enquiry details to reply, clarify scope, prepare a proposal and follow up on an ongoing conversation. Booking data is used to arrange, change or cancel a meeting. Confirmed project correspondence may also be kept as a record of agreed work. Submitting a project or proposal request does not subscribe you to the design newsletter. Booking details are stored privately in the workspace and shared with Google Calendar to create the appointment and invitation. Google Meet may provide the meeting link. Booking notifications and confirmations use email services, including Gmail; configured private workflows may also send an owner notification through Telegram. An automatic proposal requires email confirmation before its PDF is generated and emailed. Information you provide is processed by the services needed to complete that request. If you join the newsletter, your email and the date of consent are stored privately to send occasional design updates. You can withdraw from the list or request removal by emailing Komeilipv@gmail.com. Newsletter consent is separate from permission to contact you about a project. Owner sign-in uses a secure session cookie. The booking form can keep an unfinished brief in the current tab for up to 24 hours; use its clear-draft control to remove it. Campaign source details can also remain in session storage for up to 24 hours and accompany a request, so I can understand which link brought the enquiry. Security services may use their own browser mechanisms. Opening an external service is subject to that provider’s privacy settings. The hosting and security infrastructure receives connection information such as IP address and request headers. These support delivery, abuse prevention and rate limiting. When site analytics is enabled, Desartly records aggregate counts for page views and selected actions, by date and page path. These counters do not include the content of enquiry forms. Application diagnostic logs are retained for up to 14 days and capped at 10,000 entries; this limit does not describe the separate retention practices of hosting providers. The website uses Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and ParsPack storage for media. Cloudflare Turnstile may check form submissions for abuse. Google services support bookings and email workflows. Clicking WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram opens another provider; its own policy applies there. Providers may process information outside your country. Requests are stored in a private workspace, but authorised service providers and owner-configured tools may process the information required for their function. Enquiries, bookings and project records do not currently have one automatic deletion period. They are kept according to the status of the conversation, project needs and record-keeping requirements. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or ask me to stop follow-up messages. I may need to verify that the request is yours. Records needed for an ongoing project or a legal obligation may need to remain; if so, I will explain the limitation. Backup copies and external providers may have a different deletion cycle. Avoid attaching sensitive identity documents unless specifically needed. Access to the management workspace is restricted, but no online system can promise absolute security. If this notice changes, the update date on this page will change. For a specific project, any agreed confidentiality terms apply alongside this notice.
