Brand identity design for teams in Amsterdam

For an Amsterdam team building an identity, I focus on a visual system that is straightforward to apply. We work remotely from Tehran on the agreed name, type, colour and applications. Your team approves the required Dutch or English content, and we prepare files around the way the identity will actually be used.

What you receive

  • Visual identity and application rules
  • Shared templates for agreed uses
  • Organised kit with editing guidance

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

A shared kit helps several people produce coherent material

We define the repeatable elements and show them in actual applications. The team needs to know which files are editable, which are final artwork and where new content belongs. A concise guide should resolve common decisions without adding rules nobody will use.

You receive the logo files, colour and type rules, and agreed applications. We confirm dimensions and production formats with your supplier. Printing, packaging manufacture and signage installation are scoped separately.

Before we start

Can multiple people use the templates?

Yes. We agree on the software, permissions and fonts, then document the editing areas. Your organisation manages access and licences; design delivery does not automatically configure those systems.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
