Brand identity design for teams in Malaysia
For a team in Malaysia building a visual identity, I design the agreed system around the name, content and practical applications in your brief. Collaboration is remote from Tehran. Required language versions are approved by your content owners, and supplier dimensions and production needs are confirmed before final artwork is prepared.
What you receive
- Identity and range hierarchy
- Agreed language-version applications
- Artwork and extension guidance
How we work together
We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.
An expanding range needs clear naming and layout rules
We test how several product or service names fit the same visual system. The hierarchy makes differences understandable without requiring a new identity for each addition. Language layouts use approved wording, and the guide distinguishes repeatable rules from the artwork still needed for a future item. We test at least one longer name in each agreed writing system before approving the layout rules.
You receive the logo files, colour and type rules, and agreed applications. We confirm dimensions and production formats with your supplier. Printing, packaging manufacture and signage installation are scoped separately.

These projects show the design approach and deliverables. I selected them for their relevance to the work.

Before we start
Can the identity support several language versions?
Yes. We define the required scripts, fonts and content owners first. Each agreed application is checked with its actual text, while translation and factual approval have their own responsibilities.
How are cost and timing agreed?
I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.
Do we need to be in the same city?
No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
