Communication and advertising design for teams in Malaysia
For communication design for a business in Malaysia, I help turn approved product or service information into a visual direction and agreed formats. We collaborate remotely from Tehran with named content owners. Language versions are reviewed before delivery, and image production, printing, media placement and distribution remain separate scopes.
What you receive
- Campaign message and image hierarchy
- Agreed language and channel formats
- Approved conditions and final artwork
How we work together
We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.
A campaign should identify the offer and its limits
The image and headline establish the message, while supporting information clarifies the relevant product, conditions and next step. We test the actual language layouts and organise files by channel. A later update needs fresh content approval rather than relying on the fact that the template was previously reviewed.
You receive the approved key visual and adaptations for the agreed formats. We specify final copy and print or digital production files. Media buying, publishing, photography and video production are scoped separately.
Related projects
These projects show the design approach and deliverables. I selected them for their relevance to the work.

Before we start
Can you prepare reusable campaign formats?
Yes. We agree on the editing software, templates and examples. Your team approves the information in future versions and confirms any changed production or publication requirements.
How are cost and timing agreed?
I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.
Do we need to be in the same city?
No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
