A letterhead should support the document someone needs to read. I design a clear page structure that carries the identity while leaving enough room for letters, quotations and longer correspondence.

A PDF for printing and an editable Word template are different outputs. Software, font availability and template requirements are confirmed before design starts.

We begin with your existing material and the task you want to solve. I propose a scope before detailed design, then we review the work at agreed stages. Decisions and revision rounds have a clear owner.

The agreed deliverables

The agreed paper sizes, header and footer arrangements and continuation-page layouts. Editable office templates or print-ready artwork are specified according to your team's workflow.

Details we review

We test long letters, signatures, addresses and ordinary office printers. Margins and fixed elements should remain stable when staff add their own content.

Files your team can use

I prepare the approved artwork in the formats agreed for its actual use. We check export sizes, colour requirements and editable source files where included. Your supplier confirms production specifications, and any sample or proof is reviewed before final approval.

Solenne uses precise lettering and a pleated emblem. TerraRoots uses a grounded visual identity for soil sensors and plant-care products.

Can employees use it in Word?

Yes, if an editable Word template is part of the scope. We work within its layout constraints and test a sample document in the agreed software version.

What should I send for the first conversation?

Share the goal, the materials you already have and where the work will be used. If the scope is still unclear, we can identify the priorities together before preparing a proposal.

How are price and timing agreed?

I quote for a defined scope. The number of screens, items or formats, readiness of content and required review stages affect the cost and schedule. Deliverables, revision rounds and responsibilities are written into the proposal.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. I work from Majidiyeh, Tehran, and collaborate remotely. We agree on the language, review contact and file handoff before starting.
