Office documents often get designed one by one until they stop looking related. I bring the agreed stationery into one visual system, with a consistent place for identity, contact details and document information.

The list of items and number of staff variants are fixed in the proposal. Printing, mailing specifications and additional templates are separate unless explicitly included.

We begin with your existing material and the task you want to solve. I propose a scope before detailed design, then we review the work at agreed stages. Decisions and revision rounds have a clear owner.

The agreed deliverables

A defined set such as letterhead, envelopes, business cards and folders. Each item gets a layout and the production or editable format agreed for its use.

Details we review

We review the set together, including differences in size and information density. Shared type, spacing and colour rules help the items feel related without repeating the same layout everywhere.

Files your team can use

I prepare the approved artwork in the formats agreed for its actual use. We check export sizes, colour requirements and editable source files where included. Your supplier confirms production specifications, and any sample or proof is reviewed before final approval.

Can we start with only a few items?

Yes. We can prioritise the documents your team uses most and leave other applications for a later stage, using the same established rules.

What should I send for the first conversation?

Share the goal, the materials you already have and where the work will be used. If the scope is still unclear, we can identify the priorities together before preparing a proposal.

What needs a separate agreement?

How are price and timing agreed?

I quote for a defined scope. The number of screens, items or formats, readiness of content and required review stages affect the cost and schedule. Deliverables, revision rounds and responsibilities are written into the proposal.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. I work from Majidiyeh, Tehran, and collaborate remotely. We agree on the language, review contact and file handoff before starting.
