Brand identity design for teams in Berlin

For a Berlin team developing or refining a visual identity, I work from the actual name, audience and applications in your brief. Collaboration is remote from Tehran. We agree on the required language versions, have German wording approved by your content owner and prepare a system that can be applied beyond its first presentation.

What you receive

  • Logo and multilingual type rules
  • Agreed applications with real text
  • Files and guidance for each version

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

Two languages should share a useful visual hierarchy

Different word lengths affect signs, packaging and page layouts. We test the agreed identity with final or representative language content, keeping the relationship between brand name and supporting information clear. Translation approval and design approval are recorded as separate decisions.

You receive the logo files, colour and type rules, and agreed applications. We confirm dimensions and production formats with your supplier. Printing, packaging manufacture and signage installation are scoped separately.

Before we start

Do you write German copy?

German copy is supplied or reviewed by your language owner. I can help organise the message visually and identify layout constraints, while specialist writing or translation needs a separate arrangement.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
