Brand identity design for teams in United Kingdom

For a UK team developing a visual identity, I work from the business brief and the material that needs to become more coherent. Collaboration is remote from Tehran with agreed review stages. The scope defines the core identity, applications and files, and production requirements are checked with the relevant suppliers before delivery.

What you receive

  • Identity rules and representative applications
  • Agreed reusable layouts
  • File kit and practical usage notes

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

A brand kit should resolve everyday decisions

The team needs to know how the name, type and imagery work in actual material. We test representative uses and distinguish reusable layouts from final artwork. A focused guide documents those decisions without suggesting that every future application has already been designed or approved.

You receive the logo files, colour and type rules, and agreed applications. We confirm dimensions and production formats with your supplier. Printing, packaging manufacture and signage installation are scoped separately.

Before we start

Can you help roll out a new identity?

Agreed applications and transition guidance can be included. The scope identifies what will be updated, which files are delivered and who implements the changes across your channels. We can include a checklist of the agreed applications so the rollout has a defined finish.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
