Communication and advertising design for teams in Netherlands
For communication design for a business in the Netherlands, I start with the offer and what the audience needs to understand. I collaborate remotely from Tehran on the agreed visual direction and channel formats. Dutch or English copy and claims receive approval, while production, publication and paid distribution remain separate scopes.
What you receive
- Message system and flexible layouts
- Agreed language and channel formats
- Template guidance and final artwork
How we work together
We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.
Reusable layouts should leave room for the actual message
A shared visual system can support announcements, explanations and invitations without forcing identical text lengths. We test representative content and define editing areas. The team can identify which information needs a fresh approval when a later campaign uses the same template.
You receive the approved key visual and adaptations for the agreed formats. We specify final copy and print or digital production files. Media buying, publishing, photography and video production are scoped separately.
Related projects
These projects show the design approach and deliverables. I selected them for their relevance to the work.
EcoGold’s campaign turns gold, silver and coins into a transparent battery, giving stored value a recognisable physical image.
Before we start
Can you build templates for our marketing team?
Yes, with agreed software, editing rules and examples. Fonts and asset licences are confirmed, and your team remains responsible for the accuracy of future campaign content.
How are cost and timing agreed?
I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.
Do we need to be in the same city?
No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
