Communication and advertising design for teams in New York
For communication and advertising design for a New York business, we define the message, audience and formats before developing the visuals. I work remotely from Tehran with your content owners. Claims and supplied assets need approval, and photography, production, placement and distribution are described separately from the design deliverables.
What you receive
- Campaign direction and message system
- Agreed channel adaptations
- Versioned artwork with approval notes
How we work together
We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.
A campaign needs a clear review trail
The team should be able to identify which message and artwork were approved for each channel. We organise versions and review changes to dates, claims or destinations. This is especially useful when several people contribute feedback or when the same material has multiple publication sizes. Final files are named by channel and version so the publishing team can identify them.
You receive the approved key visual and adaptations for the agreed formats. We specify final copy and print or digital production files. Media buying, publishing, photography and video production are scoped separately.

These projects show the design approach and deliverables. I selected them for their relevance to the work.

Before we start
Can you work with several stakeholders?
Yes. We agree who consolidates feedback and who approves content and design. A clear approval owner prevents conflicting comments from becoming separate, incompatible versions.
How are cost and timing agreed?
I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.
Do we need to be in the same city?
No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
