Staff & ID card design

A staff card needs to make the person and their role identifiable at a glance. I am Ali Komeili. We agree on the scope, review stages and usable files before starting. The applications, sizes and production requirements follow where the identity will be used.

Identify the person without crowding the card.

A staff card needs to make the person and their role identifiable at a glance. I arrange the photo, name and organisation details with a layout that can handle different names and departments.

Access-control integration, card encoding and personal-data handling remain with the authorised provider and your team. A visual card design does not create a working security credential.

We begin with your existing material and the task you want to solve. I propose a scope before detailed design, then we review the work at agreed stages. Decisions and revision rounds have a clear owner.

The agreed deliverables

The agreed front and back layouts, role or department variants and a reusable artwork structure. Print files are prepared to the card producer's dimensions and safe-area requirements.

Details we review

We review photo crops, long names, bilingual roles and the area reserved for a barcode or chip. Information that is sensitive or unnecessary should be removed before the design is populated.

Files your team can use

I prepare the approved artwork in the formats agreed for its actual use. We check export sizes, colour requirements and editable source files where included. Your supplier confirms production specifications, and any sample or proof is reviewed before final approval.

Quello's identity extends into visitor passes and staff materials. Vitanex provides a separate reference for keeping categories and information visually organised.

Can the team make cards for new employees later?

We can include an editable template and instructions for replacing the approved fields. The software and who maintains employee data are agreed in the brief.

What should I send for the first conversation?

Share the goal, the materials you already have and where the work will be used. If the scope is still unclear, we can identify the priorities together before preparing a proposal.

What needs a separate agreement?

Access-control integration, card encoding and personal-data handling remain with the authorised provider and your team. A visual card design does not create a working security credential.

How are price and timing agreed?

I quote for a defined scope. The number of screens, items or formats, readiness of content and required review stages affect the cost and schedule. Deliverables, revision rounds and responsibilities are written into the proposal.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. I work from Majidiyeh, Tehran, and collaborate remotely. We agree on the language, review contact and file handoff before starting.
