Digital product design for teams in London

For a London product team, I can help turn a defined user problem into a clearer interface and development handoff. I work remotely from Tehran on the agreed flows, screens and components. We use realistic content and system behaviour, with research and implementation included only when their responsibilities and scope are explicitly agreed.

What you receive

  • Prioritised flow and exception states
  • Responsive screens and shared components
  • Prototype and implementation notes

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

Design the exception as carefully as the successful task

An interface needs to explain delays, incomplete information and unsuccessful actions. We map these against the real process instead of inventing reassuring messages. The prototype shows what users can do next and which decisions need confirmation from the product or engineering owner.

You receive an organised design file, a prototype of the key journey and documented interface states. Reusable components and mobile behaviour are explained for the development team. Coding and system integrations are scoped separately.

Before we start

Can you join an existing product design system?

Yes. I review its components and constraints before proposing changes. The handoff distinguishes reused elements from new ones so the team can assess implementation effort.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
