Digital product design for teams in Malaysia

For a Malaysian team developing a website or app, I design around the agreed task, available content and business rules. I work remotely from Tehran with product and development owners. Language behaviour, selection states and mobile layouts are documented in the handoff, with coding and integrations receiving a separate scope.

What you receive

  • Selection journey and rule-based states
  • Language and mobile layouts
  • Prototype and developer handoff

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

The task should remain coherent when options change

We review how a selection affects the summary and next step. Unavailable combinations, missing information and corrections need explicit states. The team confirms the rules, while the prototype shows their intended presentation without pretending that payment, fulfilment or data integration has already been implemented.

You receive an organised design file, a prototype of the key journey and documented interface states. Reusable components and mobile behaviour are explained for the development team. Coding and system integrations are scoped separately.

Before we start

Can the interface support enquiries and purchases?

Yes, with clearly defined flows and business rules. Payment and fulfilment integration are development responsibilities; each route needs an accurate confirmation and next-step message.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
