Digital product design for teams in San Francisco

For a San Francisco product team, I can help design a priority workflow or extend an interface system. Working remotely from Tehran, I start with the user problem and available constraints. The scope defines the screens, prototype and handoff, while research, development and ongoing measurement have explicitly assigned responsibilities.

What you receive

  • Feature journey and dependencies
  • States and component extensions
  • Prototype and engineering handoff

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

Make a new feature fit the existing product

We review how users reach the feature, what information it needs and how they return to their previous task. Existing components are reused when suitable. New states and behaviours are documented so the feature does not create a second, conflicting interaction model.

You receive an organised design file, a prototype of the key journey and documented interface states. Reusable components and mobile behaviour are explained for the development team. Coding and system integrations are scoped separately.

Before we start

Can you work from our current component library?

Yes. I review the available components and use them where appropriate. Any proposed extension is identified separately so your team can evaluate and maintain it.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
