Digital product design for teams in Sydney

For a Sydney product team, I can design a priority user flow and prepare it for development. We work remotely from Tehran with agreed communication and approval stages. Realistic content, business rules and exception states guide the screens; implementation and any additional research are defined separately from the interface deliverables.

What you receive

  • Prioritised flow and responsive screens
  • Components and exception behaviour
  • Prototype with decision notes

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

A handoff should explain more than the screen dimensions

Developers need to understand the action, the state change and the content constraints. We document the important behaviours alongside reusable components. Open decisions are recorded rather than hidden behind an attractive prototype that assumes the system already supports them.

You receive an organised design file, a prototype of the key journey and documented interface states. Reusable components and mobile behaviour are explained for the development team. Coding and system integrations are scoped separately.

Before we start

Can you review the implemented interface?

Yes, if a design QA review is included. We agree on the screens and review rounds; fixing code and technical testing remain the responsibility of the development team.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
