Digital product design for teams in Toronto

For a website or app serving a Toronto audience, I design the agreed task using representative content and business rules. We collaborate remotely from Tehran on flows, states and responsive layouts. Language requirements are defined early, and the handoff describes intended behaviour without treating design as a substitute for development.

What you receive

  • Form journey and content hierarchy
  • Validation, recovery and confirmation
  • Responsive prototype and components

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

A form should explain which information is needed

We organise fields around the task, with labels and help where users need them. Validation should identify the problem and preserve useful input. The confirmation explains what was sent and what happens next, based on the actual process your team can support.

You receive an organised design file, a prototype of the key journey and documented interface states. Reusable components and mobile behaviour are explained for the development team. Coding and system integrations are scoped separately.

Before we start

Can you design accessible form patterns?

Readable labels, focus states and error guidance are part of the design. Implementation and assistive-technology testing need agreed development and QA owners.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
