Brand identity design for teams in Netherlands

For a team in the Netherlands developing a visual identity, I focus on clear rules your team can use across the agreed applications. Collaboration is remote from Tehran with defined approval stages. Dutch and English requirements are reviewed by your content owners, and the delivery separates editable templates from files prepared for production.

What you receive

  • Logo and practical application rules
  • Agreed team templates
  • Organised files and editing guide

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

Make the rules easy to apply after the project

We test common uses and identify the decisions a team member will need to make: choosing a logo version, placing text or adding an image. The guide uses actual examples. Files are organised by purpose so a consistent identity does not depend on guessing which export is current.

You receive the logo files, colour and type rules, and agreed applications. We confirm dimensions and production formats with your supplier. Printing, packaging manufacture and signage installation are scoped separately.

Before we start

Can we start with a limited application set?

Yes. We prioritise the material you need now and define rules that can support later work. Additional applications remain separate deliverables rather than assumed parts of the first scope.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
