A dashboard needs to help someone spot a change and decide what to do next. I design around the work behind the numbers, including the tables, filters and actions people use every day.
Data pipelines, calculations and access-control implementation belong to development. Your team confirms metric definitions and permission rules before the corresponding screens are finalised.

Dense data, zero values, long names and permission restrictions need real space in the design. Chart types are chosen for the comparison people need to make, with labels that explain the measure.

I prepare the agreed design files, components and interaction notes in the chosen design tool. We review the selected journeys with your development team so they can identify missing states and implementation questions before handoff. The extent of support after delivery is set out in the proposal.

We choose which tasks belong on mobile first. Essential columns can remain visible while secondary details move into a separate view. A smaller copy of the desktop table is rarely enough.
