We consider onboarding, permissions, loading, empty states and recovery from errors. Platform conventions help us decide when familiar behaviour is more useful than a custom interaction.

I prepare the agreed design files, components and interaction notes in the chosen design tool. We review the selected journeys with your development team so they can identify missing states and implementation questions before handoff. The extent of support after delivery is set out in the proposal.

We choose the platforms in the brief. Shared flows can use the same design direction, while navigation, controls and permissions are adapted where platform behaviour differs.
What should I send for the first conversation?
Share the goal, the materials you already have and where the work will be used. If the scope is still unclear, we can identify the priorities together before preparing a proposal.
What needs a separate agreement?

How are price and timing agreed?
I quote for a defined scope. The number of screens, items or formats, readiness of content and required review stages affect the cost and schedule. Deliverables, revision rounds and responsibilities are written into the proposal.
