Ownership, area, price and completion claims are approved by the seller. Architectural design and legal verification are separate from visual design.
We begin with your existing screens, artwork and approved content. Together we choose the priority task, list the required formats and agree on who reviews the work. A first direction is reviewed before detailed production. The proposal names deliverables, revision rounds and what the team supplies.

How we review the work
We map the main journey and its error, empty, loading and permission states. A clickable prototype is reviewed with realistic content and your development team. Keyboard use, contrast and language direction are part of the agreed interface review.
A usable handoff
You receive the agreed design files, reusable components and interaction notes. We review selected journeys with the developers and record questions about states and behaviour. Coding, integrations and support after handoff are included only when explicitly agreed.

How are plans and property photographs presented together?
We give each a clear label and role. A plan explains layout, photography shows existing conditions and a rendering is identified as a visualisation.
What should I send before we start?
Send the goal, current materials, audience, channels and any technical or production constraints. We choose a manageable first scope together. If content or specifications are missing, we identify their owner before scheduling design.
How are timing and cost agreed?
The proposal is based on a defined list of screens, applications or media formats. Content readiness, review stages and production constraints affect the schedule. We agree on the scope and revision rounds before work begins.
Can we collaborate remotely?
