A software product needs to make its first useful task easy to understand, then support more complex work as the team grows. Brand and marketing should explain the same product the user encounters.
Feature availability, pricing and security statements require product approval. Development, hosting and security certification are separate services.
We begin with your existing screens, artwork and approved content. Together we choose the priority task, list the required formats and agree on who reviews the work. A first direction is reviewed before detailed production. The proposal names deliverables, revision rounds and what the team supplies.

We map the main journey and its error, empty, loading and permission states. A clickable prototype is reviewed with realistic content and your development team. Keyboard use, contrast and language direction are part of the agreed interface review.
A usable handoff
You receive the agreed design files, reusable components and interaction notes. We review selected journeys with the developers and record questions about states and behaviour. Coding, integrations and support after handoff are included only when explicitly agreed.
