UX audit & redesign

If people abandon a journey or repeatedly ask for help, a review can turn scattered complaints into a focused work list. I am Ali Komeili. We agree on the scope, review stages and usable files before starting. The design follows your team's tasks, including the important screens and states.

Turn the findings into a workable priority list.

If people abandon a journey or repeatedly ask for help, a review can turn scattered complaints into a focused work list. I examine the agreed paths and explain each issue with its context, consequence and possible next step.

An expert review alone cannot tell us everything about users. User testing, implementation and post-release measurement can be added as separate stages when access and budget allow.

We begin with your existing material and the task you want to solve. I propose a scope before detailed design, then we review the work at agreed stages. Decisions and revision rounds have a clear owner.

The agreed deliverables

A prioritised findings report, annotated screens and redesign proposals for the selected issues. Available analytics, support feedback and usability evidence inform the review.

Details we review

We distinguish observed behaviour from expert judgement. The report records why an issue matters and how the team can verify an improvement, rather than treating every visual difference as a problem.

Files your team can use

I prepare the agreed design files, components and interaction notes in the chosen design tool. We review the selected journeys with your development team so they can identify missing states and implementation questions before handoff. The extent of support after delivery is set out in the proposal.

The Flightio and John Deere case studies show how I organise booking decisions and operational information. They provide context for discussing the kinds of journeys an audit can examine.

Do you redesign everything you review?

We agree on review and redesign coverage separately. The audit can identify priorities first, then the team can choose which journeys deserve a detailed redesign.

What should I send for the first conversation?

Share the goal, the materials you already have and where the work will be used. If the scope is still unclear, we can identify the priorities together before preparing a proposal.

What needs a separate agreement?

An expert review alone cannot tell us everything about users. User testing, implementation and post-release measurement can be added as separate stages when access and budget allow.

How are price and timing agreed?

I quote for a defined scope. The number of screens, items or formats, readiness of content and required review stages affect the cost and schedule. Deliverables, revision rounds and responsibilities are written into the proposal.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. I work from Majidiyeh, Tehran, and collaborate remotely. We agree on the language, review contact and file handoff before starting.
