Brand identity design for teams in United States

For a team in the United States developing a visual identity, I work from the brief, approved content and applications that need to become more consistent. Collaboration is remote from Tehran with defined review stages. The scope identifies the logo, supporting rules and files, while production and any additional language work are agreed separately.

What you receive

  • Identity rules and agreed applications
  • Team templates and production artwork
  • Organised files with use guidance

How we work together

We start with a conversation about the problem, audience and deliverables. Once the scope is clear, I send a proposal with timing and cost. Reviews happen at agreed stages, followed by the design files and guidance your team needs to use or develop the work.

A shared identity needs a usable delivery structure

When several teams create material, the files should make their choices easier. We organise logo variants, templates and production artwork by purpose, using real examples to show the rules. The guide identifies editing limits and the approval needed for new applications rather than presenting the first kit as a finished answer to every future need.

You receive the logo files, colour and type rules, and agreed applications. We confirm dimensions and production formats with your supplier. Printing, packaging manufacture and signage installation are scoped separately.

Before we start

Can the work support a distributed team?

Yes. We agree on one feedback owner, review milestones and a file structure the team can use. Access management and software licences remain with your organisation.

How are cost and timing agreed?

I prepare a proposal after understanding the problem, deliverables, languages and review rounds. A fixed price before that discussion would leave important work undefined.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Meetings, reviews and file delivery can happen online. For printed or physical work, we agree separately on production responsibilities and output checks.
